You can ask us to delete your PostWaka account and all the personal information we hold about you at any time.
Option 1: from your account
Log in to PostWaka, open Settings → Account and choose Delete my account. Your account is closed straight away and your information is deleted within 30 days.
Option 2: by email
Send an email to emadexcreations@gmail.com from the email address you used with PostWaka, with the subject Delete my PostWaka data. We will confirm and delete your information within 30 days.
What we delete
- Your account details (name, email, phone number).
- The access tokens for every platform you connected.
- Your uploaded videos and photos, captions, drafts and scheduled posts.
- Your post history, analytics, comment inbox, brand-deal applications and deal tracker.
- Your ideas, link-in-bio page, media kit, music tracks, saved hashtags and any connected Meta ad account.
We keep only records we must keep by law, such as payment records. Posts already published on Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok or YouTube stay there; delete them on each platform if you want them removed.
Remove PostWaka from your social accounts
You can also stop PostWaka's access directly on each platform:
- Facebook and Instagram: Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites) → select PostWaka → Remove.
- Threads: Threads → Settings → Account → Website permissions → Apps → PostWaka → Remove.
- TikTok: TikTok → Profile → Settings and privacy → Security & permissions → Apps and services permissions → PostWaka → Remove access.
- YouTube (Google): go to myaccount.google.com/permissions, choose PostWaka and select Remove access.
When you remove PostWaka on a platform, PostWaka can no longer post to that account or read from it. To also delete what we hold from that account, open Accounts in PostWaka and remove it (its access token and details are deleted straight away), or delete your whole PostWaka account as above.
